Level System

Every Service Provider at The Beehive Salon works on a Level System. The level system accomplishes two main goals. The first is to provide a career path of growth and achievement for our team. The second is to provide several options for your various service needs. Guests may choose the level that best fits their needs and their budget. The training our team receives is aggressive, consistent, innovative, and in-depth. It starts from the moment they are hired and continues through their entire career with us. Here at The Beehive Salon, our service providers achieve level promotions based on the demand for their time.

Cancellations

With consideration of all our guests and our service providers, we have implemented a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations that are at the 48-hour mark will be charged 50% of the reserved service.  No call / no show reservations will be charged fully for the appointment/service amount that was reserved.

Service Adjustments

Our goal is that you love your look - period. Guests may contact us within 3 days of their service(s) for any changes that they require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look - and you did not originally receive that service - you will be charged full price for the service.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer full exchanges on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new product we will exchange it for something that better suits your needs. Returns on hair care products will be given full credit towards the purchase of another product or the full value in a gift card.  We can not offer a return or exchange of custom ordered hair extensions.
